Account data: retained while your account is active + 30 days after deletion. Transaction records: 7 years (Austrian commercial law requirement, UGB §212). Messages: 2 years.

FoilMarket.eu is a peer-to-peer marketplace for Pokémon TCG cards. We connect buyers and sellers; we are not a party to individual transactions between users.
You must be 18 or older (or 16 with parental consent under Austrian law). One account per person. You are responsible for your account security.
Listing is free. FoilMarket charges 5% of the final sale price (3% for Pro sellers). Stripe payment processing fees (~1.5% + €0.25) are additional and charged by Stripe directly. Fees are deducted before payout.
Private sellers (non-commercial) are not required to accept returns under EU consumer law. Commercial sellers must comply with the 14-day right of withdrawal. Clearly indicate in your listing whether you are a commercial or private seller.
Contact us at disputes@foilmarket.eu for help. We mediate but cannot compel outcomes in peer-to-peer disputes. Escalation to EU ODR platform is available.
Counterfeit cards, proxy cards, cards graded higher than their actual condition, and any item not related to the Pokémon TCG are prohibited. Violations result in immediate account suspension.
These terms are governed by Austrian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Austrian courts in Vienna, except where mandatory EU consumer law provides otherwise.

Card looks brand new or almost new. No visible wear, no scratches on the surface, no whitening on edges or corners. Minor factory imperfections are acceptable. This is the expected condition for cards pulled straight from packs.
Minor edge wear or very slight whitening on corners. May have one or two very light surface scratches only visible at an angle. Card looks great in a sleeve. Most collectors consider LP cards acceptable for binders.
Noticeable wear on edges and corners. Surface scratches visible without close inspection. May have minor creasing or slight bending. Card has been played without sleeves or handled frequently.
Significant wear across the card. Visible creases, heavy whitening on edges, noticeable surface damage. Card is still complete and identifiable but shows extensive play use.
Card has major damage: tears, water damage, heavy creasing, missing pieces, or writing on the surface. Only suitable for casual collectors or as placeholder cards.
For all buyer protection claims, email disputes@foilmarket.eu with your order details and photos.
Use the Messages feature to contact the seller directly. Most issues can be resolved with a quick conversation.
If you can't resolve it directly, email disputes@foilmarket.eu with: your username, the listing ID, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
Our team will review the case within 48 hours and propose a resolution. We may ask both parties for additional information.
Possible outcomes include: full refund, partial refund, return & refund, or case dismissed. Both parties will be notified of the decision.
As an EU-based platform, you can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
